Oleksandr Vasylenko
Co-founder and Financial Director
Oleksandr Vasylenko joined the YesBusiness in 2009 to build a “one-stop place” company for foreign businesses in Ukraine and to bring a high level of convenient and efficient service.
His primary objective is to establish an effective business model, create a viable strategy and to inspire his team to reach same goals and ensure that client needs are met and supported.
Prior to founding YesBusiness he specialized in finance management, growth strategies, project management and employee incentive schemes combined with managerial experience in several International Banking institutions and Ukrainian companies.
He graduated from Kyiv National University specializing in Trade and Economics in Finance and received an MBA from Steinbeis Hochschule Berlin (Germany).

Maksym Moroz
Co-founder and General Director
He graduated from Kyiv National University and The National Academy of Public Administration, Office of the President of Ukraine. He has over 10 years of managerial experience in large International and Ukrainian companies.
Maksym has an extensive knowledge of general management, human resources, marketing, sales, logistic and accounting. Knowing inside Ukrainian environment and international approach of doing business in Ukraine, Maksym found investors need a local reliable and knowledgeable partner. His primary responsibility is in consulting and building relationships with major corporate clients, solving their increasingly sophisticated demands through intelligent and complex deal structures.
